IOU or 'can you call me' text?

I was wondeing does Meteor have an IOU number or even a free "can you call me please text?" Because if I run out of credit and am unable to buy credit straight away, i think there should be something like this set up.

Meteor dont offer an IOU Service but do have have a free ring me service, just text the number you want the call me to 50001.
