I've been trying to contact Meteor all morning to make a payment on a bill. When i get through to the automated payment service, the service just ends the call. I've tried holding on to speak to someone, but after a long while, the call just drops. I can't contact any online help either. My service has been suspended and i need to resolve this matter urgently.

Terrible service, I was on hold at 01 4307085
for 28 minutes and then hung up on!

Ive cancelled my accoutn with u after christmas, and your still taking money form my account
And now, u wont even answer the phone, and im hold for almost 30 min already - listenign to that **bleep**e music u play while im waiting, and then hung up on.
